Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us for using Hitt Field.
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Who we are
Hitt Field ("the service", "we", "us") is operated by Extant 2000 LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using it, you agree to them. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Workforce and location data
Hitt Field records job assignments, visit times, and job-site details, and depending on the features you enable it may record technician location. You are responsible for telling your workers what is collected and for obtaining any consent required by your policies, your agreements with them, or applicable law. We process this data on your behalf and under your direction.
Hitt Field is scheduling and record-keeping software. It is not a safety system, and it must not be relied on as one.
Availability — United States only
Hitt Field is offered only to persons and organizations located in the United States. Access from outside the United States is blocked, and the service is not directed to or intended for users in any other country.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Hitt Field for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to deceive
- Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent our security or access controls
- Access data belonging to another customer
- Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement
- Place load on the service that degrades it for others, including through automated scraping
We may suspend an account that puts the service, our other customers, or our infrastructure at risk. Where practical we will contact you first.
Your data
Your job records, customer details, and scheduling data remain yours. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. We access it only to operate the service, respond to a support request from you, or comply with the law.
You can export your data at any time. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are charged to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not generally provide refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will look at it in good faith. If we change prices, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to you.
Uptime and support
We work to keep Hitt Field available and to fix problems promptly, and support is provided by email. We do not commit to a specific uptime percentage or response time in these terms unless we have agreed one with you separately in writing.
Intellectual property
Hitt Field, including its software, interface, and branding, is owned by Extant 2000 LLC. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. You retain all rights to the data and content you put into it.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extant 2000 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if you have paid us nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using Hitt Field and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or if we are required to by law. If we terminate your account without cause, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email to your account address and by notice in the app. Continuing to use Hitt Field after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
